U are just like discourage them to try to win in the SYF sey

If u want them to get gold also,then teach them
If u are a good instructor,u will not give up and instead try ur best to let them prove to u that they can also get a gold for u
It really shows that u are not a experience coach
coz our former instructor believes in us eventhough we are not good
Don't even bother to expect anything from us coz u dont even believe in us
